Let’s pour some love into your joints! The foundation of movement freedom and longevity is in the health of your joints. In JOINT LOVE, you’ll learn about the major joints of your body, how they move, how to keep them moving well, and how all of this applies to preventing and recovering from injury and improving the activities of your daily life.

HARD-WORKIN BODS
TUESDAYS 5:30-6:30PM
An evening mobility training class
Whether you’re computer- or machinery-bound, lifting, hauling, or always on your feet, your dear body deserves some attention. In HARD-WORKIN BODS, you’ll learn about why you might be sore and achy, what you can do to tend to those areas prone to overuse, and straightforward practices to bring some calm to your mind while we’re at it. Simple practices with big benefits to add into your workday and off time.
SUNRISE
WEDNESDAYS 6:30-7:30AM
An early morning yoga + movement class
Early birds, add this class to your morning routine and support your active recovery between your training sessions or just generally busy days! In SUNRISE, you’ll learn a variety of smart, essential movement and mindfulness tools that will increase awareness and efficiency in your other training and daily activities. Start your day with intention and connection!
REFUEL
WEDNESDAYS 12:05-12:50PM
A lunch hour yoga + movement class
Need a midday quickie? (Well, not that kind.) But in REFUEL, you *will* get a moment to yourself, move your whole body, and get recharged to face the rest of the day. Short and sweet, simple and effective. Let’s get through Hump Day together. (Nope, not like that.)
RE-MIND
WEDNESDAYS 6:00-7:00PM
An evening meditation class
In our often busy, distracted lives, we can become disconnected from ourselves and not even realize it. In RE-MIND, you’ll learn a variety of meditation, mindfulness, and breathing practices to develop a sense of reconnection with yourself; to remember and tend to that essential relationship. May it be like getting a FindMy app for yourself, so that you can move through your days better managing the expected and unexpected stressors of adulting.
TOUGH GUYS

An evening yoga + movement class just for dudes
Back, shoulders, hips, and knees suck? We get really good at doing certain movements and shapes over and over. Time to do something different, guys. In TOUGH GUYS, you'll learn smart movement practices (aka: mobility exercises, yoga postures, and functional movements) that will help you feel better and stronger in simple and effective ways.
REFRESH

A weekend morning yoga flow class
Unpack the week and start your weekend with intention. In REFRESH, you’ll get the delicious feel-good flows and movement goodies your body’s been craving all week, along with a side order of inspiration for a fresh perspective on getting through your week with more ease and clarity
FUNDAMENTAL

A weekend morning basic movement class
If it’s been a while - no matter how long - this is a great place to start. In FUNDAMENTAL, you’ll learn simple, effective, and functional movements that apply directly to your daily life. Using the wall, a chair, the floor, and a variety of props, you’ll find your unique way to practice basic, useful movements. Increase a sense of safety, confidence, and freedom starting exactly as you are right now.
EMBODIED SOLIDARITY
TUESDAY, JUNE 17 6:15-7:30PM
A special by-donation class
A by-donation yoga and meditation class to embody our solidarity with all Indigenous peoples and their right to self-determination, from Canada to Palestine and beyond. We offer this class in honour of National Indigenous Peoples Day and in recognition of the ongoing fight for liberation of the Palestinian, Kashmiri, and other Indigenous peoples. All proceeds will be donated to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund to support access to medical care and mental health support for Palestinian children.

SUMMER RENEWAL

A special “choose your price” class
A special class to explore the rejuvenation offered by the coming Summer Solstice through intentional movement, breath, and reflection. This seasonal shift on June 20 invites us to pause and reflect on the changes taking place within and around us. With our daylight at its peak, this can be a natural moment to gain clarity, to release what's no longer needed in our lives, and to move forward with a greater sense of freedom and energy. As a gesture of our appreciation, you're free to choose your price!
BACKYARD STRONG

A mobility and yoga workshop
A mobility and yoga workshop to learn how to kneel, lift, and rake without the ache. Move better, garden longer, and feel stronger. This is an opportunity to learn intelligent, practical movement to support your time and effort to get your backyard work done efficiently and pain-free!
