JOINT LOVE is your weekly reset – a focused, intelligent mobility class designed to strengthen your joints so you can maintain an active lifestyle with more freedom and less pain for the long run. You’ll improve your ranges of motion and build stability and resilience from the deepest layer of movement. This class supports recovery, injury prevention, and movement longevity by targeting the often-overlooked areas where movement begins. This is mobility for real life.

Expect to leave feeling more open, grounded, and capable in all your daily movements.

MOBILITY LAB - our evening mobility class

Whether you lift at the gym, run, hike, or bike regularly, or work a labour-intensive job, your body takes a lot. MOBILITY LAB is a movement enhancement class to improve joint mobility and strength so you can keep doing what you love better and longer. Using a science-informed approach, you will build body control, expand usable ranges of motion, and reduce the risk of injury. Mobility training improves performance, recovery, and everyday movement capacity. This is focused work with real results.

Expect to leave feeling more connected, aware, and ready to take on your next workout, workday, or weekend adventure.

RE-MIND is your pause button: a guided evening practice of meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork that helps you return to yourself. Each class offers practical tools to quiet the noise, regulate stress, and strengthen your ability to meet life’s demands with clarity and calm. Over time, you’ll notice more steadiness in your mood, more spaciousness in your mind, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the life you’re living. Think of it as finding your own “reset button” - so you can move through the week with more presence, balance, and ease.

TLC - our evening restorative yoga class

Perhaps the class you’ll crave the most – the one literally called Tender Loving Care. In TLC, you’ll slow down, be fully supported by a mountain of props, and finally give yourself permission to stop doing. This is the restorative practice your nervous system has been yearning for – a space to soften, restore, and receive. Time to let go of the hustle and stress and just be for a while. Receive the care you so often give to others.

BALLET FOR YOUNG DANCERS - taught by Claire

This playful introduction to ballet, designed for growing dancers, builds coordination, musicality, and confidence while laying the foundation for classical technique. Each class is tailored to the developmental stages of the age group, blending creativity with age-appropriate structure. Younger dancers explore rhythm, posture, and imagination, while older dancers gradually deepen their focus on alignment, balance, and foundational steps at the barre. Across all ages, the emphasis is on joy, self-expression, and the beginnings of ballet technique in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Dancers will be assigned to classes based on date of birth at the start of the session.

No ballet or dance experience required - just curiosity, dancing feet, and a love of movement!

HEAVY DUTY TUNE-UP - Yoga for the Trades

Because tough work deserves mobility, recovery, and strength that lasts. Long days, heavy lifting, and repetitive movements all take a toll on the body - especially the back, shoulders, hips, and knees. Through intentional use of joint mobility, yoga poses, and relaxation exercises, you’ll release tension, restore a sense of balance, improve functional flexibility, and build resilience that keeps you feeling strong and pain-free on and off the job.

This special class is FREE and open to anyone in the trades: instructors, students, apprentices, skilled trades workers and trades business owners. Only 15 spots available, so get yours now!

The Den and Aurora College have teamed up to offer these FREE yoga classes to Aurora College students. We’re now happy to welcome your family/friends! Enjoy an hour of stress-relieving movement and meditation, just for you!

Bring your Aurora College Student ID card and your favourite person! First-come, first-served.

Students and family/friends are welcome attend any or all of the following 6 classes: Sept.23, Oct.7, 14, 21, Nov.18, 25.

FRIDAY, NOV.14

YOGA FOR CALM + CONNECTION - our private group sessions for families + individuals impacted by violence

FAMILIES (all ages welcome) - Explore simple yoga poses and movements together, using imagination and creativity to connect and have fun. The session ends with a restful pose and calming breath practice to leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.

INDIVIDUALS (ages 18+) - Enjoy simple yoga poses and somatic movement, restorative yoga and meditation to reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate calm. Feel supported and at ease with this nourishing experience.

These sessions are open to your family and friends - to all those who stand with you on your path to healing. Violence, loss, and other forms of harm have impacted us all in the community, directly and indirectly. Come together to take care of each other through presence, safety, and connection.
