JOINT LOVE - our morning mobility class

Feel stiff, achy, or like your body just isn’t moving the way it used to? JOINT LOVE is your weekly reset – a focused, intelligent mobility class designed to strengthen your joints so you can maintain an active lifestyle with more freedom and less pain for the long run. You’ll improve your ranges of motion and build stability and resilience from the deepest layer of movement. This class supports recovery, injury prevention, and movement longevity by targeting the often-overlooked areas where movement begins. This is mobility for real life.

Expect to leave feeling more open, grounded, and capable in all your daily movements.

No mobility training experience required – just your willingness to show up and try a movement practice with game-changing effects.

MOBILITY LAB - our evening mobility class

Whether you lift at the gym, run, hike, or bike regularly, or work a labour-intensive job, your body takes a lot. MOBILITY LAB is a movement enhancement class to improve joint mobility and strength so you can keep doing what you love better and longer. Using a science-informed approach, you will build body control, expand usable ranges of motion, and reduce the risk of injury. Mobility training improves performance, recovery, and everyday movement capacity. This is focused work with real results.

Expect to leave feeling more connected, aware, and ready to take on your next workout, workday, or weekend adventure.

No mobility training experience required – just your willingness to show up and try a smart, innovative training method.

ALIGN - our evening barre class — Starts May 19! —

Feel the burn and the beauty of barre. In ALIGN, you’ll enjoy a fun, low-impact, endurance-building movement practice inspired by ballet, yoga, pilates, and functional movement. Learn foundational barre techniques, using options and pacing that meet you where you are. Build full-body strength and stability through a thoughtful mix of small, controlled movements and larger compound exercises, all while improving posture, core stability, and overall body awareness. ALIGN is a perfect complement to your joint mobility practice and a great addition to any cross-training regimen. 

Expect to leave feeling energized, stronger, and challenged in ways that may surprise you.

No barre experience required – just your openness to have fun and discover muscles you didn’t know you had.

SUNRISE - our early morning yoga + mobility class

Early birds, this one’s for you. SUNRISE is a blend of yoga and mobility designed to get your body moving with purpose before the day gets rolling. Whether you want cross-training, active recovery, or just a solid movement practice, this class helps you build awareness and resilience – all before breakfast. You’ll explore essential tools that translate into better workouts, smoother daily motion, and a more grounded, intentional start to the day.

Expect to leave feeling awake, aligned, and ready – body and mind – for whatever the day holds.

No yoga and mobility experience required – just your willingness to start your day with smart movement.

VITALITY - our morning seniors yoga + mobility class

Craving a class intended for active movers aged 60+? VITALITY is your weekly dose of gentle, intelligent movement designed to help you stay mobile, confident, and motivated. This seniors class blends yoga, functional mobility, and nervous system-soothing practices to support your strength, balance, and flexibility - always with sustainable, safe options for all bodies. Maintain joint health, improve circulation, enhance posture, and reconnect with yourself. VITALITY supports longevity, fall prevention, and everyday ease. This is your movement class for aging well.

Expect to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more at home in your body.

No experience needed – just your curiosity and desire to support your health for the long run.

IGNITE - our evening strong yoga class

Burn off the stress of the week with a strong, deep-dive yoga practice. In IGNITE, you’ll explore yoga poses and transitions in detail to sharpen awareness, and improve control, endurance and full-body strength. Rooted in the yogic principle of tapas (building heat to cleanse), this class invites you to move with intention, not momentum, to deepen your understanding of each movement and discover your current range of motion. 

Expect to sweat, focus, and leave feeling clear-minded and recharged.

No yoga experience required – just a readiness to ignite your inner and outer strength.

TLC - our evening restorative yoga class

Perhaps the class you’ll crave the most – the one literally called Tender Loving Care. In TLC, you’ll slow down, be fully supported by a mountain of props, and finally give yourself permission to stop doing. This is the restorative practice your nervous system has been yearning for – a space to soften, restore, and receive. Time to let go of the hustle and stress and just be for a while. Receive the care you so often give to others.

Expect to leave feeling deeply relaxed, recharged, and more connected to your body’s natural calm.

No restorative yoga experience required – just your willingness to show up and nurture yourself generously.

REFRESH- our weekend morning flow yoga class

Unpack the week and start your weekend with intention. In REFRESH, you’ll enjoy a nourishing practice with foundational yoga poses, grounding yoga flows, and mindful movement designed to create space in your body and ease in your mind. This energizing reset helps you build strength and mobility while helping you release the week behind you.

Expect to leave feeling renewed, balanced, and ready to embrace the weekend.

No flow yoga experience required – just your willingness to reconnect with your body and start the weekend inspired.
